Dr. Nathalie is extremely passionate about empowering women and couples on their health and fertility journeys. After struggling with irregular periods and acne throughout my 20s, she was given the option by her doctor to go on the birth control pill or an IUD and to come back if and when she had problems getting pregnant. These limited options didn’t sit well with her, so she decided to see a Naturopathic Doctor. It was through this experience that she developed a passion for naturopathic medicine, women’s health, and fertility. She realized that she wanted to be the person to support women and couples with their health and fertility goals while providing them with more options that combine the best of conventional and complementary medicine.

Lisa is passionate about supporting women during their health and fertility journey. It wasn’t until studying naturopathic medicine that Lisa discovered her menstrual cramps and PMS were not “normal”, and many other symptoms women experience are commonly brushed off instead of being investigated further. This sparked her interest in helping women understand their symptoms and treating the cause of their symptoms, instead of struggling silently with them.
Lisa’s background includes working as a research assistant on pregnancy related topics, such as hypertensive disorders, gestational diabetes, and physical activity during pregnancy. This experience helps her use evidence-based medicine by combining the best available research with and her patient’s values to develop individualized treatment plans.
Whether your goal is to have a baby, regulate your menstrual cycle, or decrease symptoms of menopause, Lisa will investigate and strategize with you (and your other healthcare providers) to work towards your health and fertility goals.
